Welcome to Time to Tan! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Time to Tan mobile application (“App”), operated by KEEP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Time to Tan is a wellness tool designed to help users plan safe sun exposure by tracking the current UV index and suggesting optimal tanning times. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates laws or regulations;

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security;

• Copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the App’s content or code.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, do not use the App.

5. Disclaimers

The UV index data is provided from third-party sources and is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You are solely responsible for managing your sun exposure and skin health.

We are not liable for any skin damage, sunburn, or health outcomes resulting from reliance on the App’s suggestions.

6. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed to you, not sold. Your license to use this App is subject to your prior acceptance of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which include the Apple Standard EULA. Your use of this App is also subject to this custom Terms of Use document.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email (if provided). Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
